Web3 Asset Associate
Role Overview The Web3 Asset Associate is responsible for supporting the management, monitoring, and optimization of digital asset operations within the Prismo Ecosystem. This role focuses on liquidity monitoring, token operations, on-chain analysis, and market research to ensure healthy ecosystem performance and sustainable asset strategy. The position works closely with the core team to track market activity, evaluate economic mechanisms, and support the execution of Web3 initiatives.
Senior Blockchain Developer
Role Overview The Senior Blockchain Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining core blockchain protocol infrastructure. This role focuses on consensus mechanisms, execution layers, cryptography, and protocol-level architecture while providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
Junior Blockchain Developer
Role Overview The Junior Blockchain Developer supports the development and maintenance of blockchain protocol components. This role is suited for engineers with strong fundamentals who are eager to grow their expertise in blockchain, cryptography, and distributed systems.
Developer Relations Officer
Role Overview The Developer Relations Officer supports ecosystem adoption by creating technical content, onboarding materials, and developer-facing resources for Lumen and Prismo. This role bridges product and community by helping developers understand, integrate, and build using core infrastructure tools.
Enterprise Sales Officer
Role Overview The Enterprise Sales Officer drives revenue through structured product-based and solution-based selling. This role focuses on selling standardized platforms and service packages while configuring approved products to meet enterprise client requirements without bespoke development unless formally approved.
Brand and Community Growth Manager
Role Overview The Brand and Community Growth Manager builds and maintains a strong, trusted ecosystem around Prismo. This role balances community engagement with brand integrity while translating complex technical developments into structured content narratives and coordinated campaigns.
Ecosystem Growth Manager
Role Overview The Ecosystem Growth Manager leads builder onboarding and strategic ecosystem partnerships. This role identifies high-potential teams, secures infrastructure integrations, and builds alliances that strengthen PRISMO’s position within the global Web3 economy.
Project Manager
Role Overview The Project Manager leads cross-functional teams and manages end-to-end delivery of blockchain-based products and integrations. This role requires strong stakeholder management, structured execution discipline, and technical understanding of decentralized systems within a fast-paced startup environment.
Executive Assistant
