Enterprise Sales Officer
Role Overview
The Enterprise Sales Officer drives revenue through structured product-based and solution-based selling. This role focuses on selling standardized platforms and service packages while configuring approved products to meet enterprise client requirements without bespoke development unless formally approved.
Key Responsibilities
• Sell core products, platforms, and predefined service packages
• Design solution configurations using existing products
• Communicate pricing tiers, deployment models, and scope limitations
• Own the full sales lifecycle from qualification to closing
• Conduct discovery sessions and present solution architectures
• Lead negotiations and commercial discussions
• Build relationships with enterprise stakeholders
• Manage renewals, upgrades, and account expansions
• Prepare structured commercial proposals
• Coordinate internally to validate solution feasibility
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline documentation
Qualifications
• 2 to 3 years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales
• Experience selling technology platforms, SaaS, or digital solutions
• Exposure to product-based and solution-based sales
• Introductory knowledge of blockchain technology
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience using CRM tools
