Creative Generalist
Role Overview
The Creative Generalist supports BYC Ventures’ creative and marketing efforts across design, video, social media, and campaign production. This role combines strong visual fundamentals with fluency in modern AI creative tools, using them as part of the everyday production workflow to create polished, on-brand work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Design graphics for social media, presentations, campaigns, and marketing assets
Edit short-form and mid-length video contentCreate social-first content adapted to different platforms and formats
Use AI image and video tools such as Kling AI, Nano Banana Pro, and Higgsfield as part of the production pipeline
Prompt and direct AI outputs for consistent visual style, lighting, composition, and brand alignment
Turn creative briefs and ideas into finished, production-ready assets
Adapt and resize creative work across multiple channels and formats
Work efficiently under real deadlines while maintaining visual quality and consistency
Qualifications
Strong graphic design skills with a solid understanding of layout, typography, composition, and branding
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent creative tools
Experience editing social, campaign, or branded video content
Strong understanding of social media formats, visual trends, and platform-specific creative requirements
Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools
Ability to prompt, iterate, art-direct, and refine AI-generated outputs rather than relying on one-shot generations
Strong attention to detail and ability to work across different creative disciplines
Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work independently from brief to final output
Fluency in Claude or similar AI-assisted creative workflows is a plus
