Growth Marketing Manager
Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for building and executing the marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand, and commercial growth for BYC Ventures and its portfolio of ventures. This role focuses on institutional positioning, demand generation, content strategy, and sales enablement across government, enterprise, and infrastructure markets. The position works closely with the Business Development and Growth & Strategy teams to ensure all marketing initiatives contribute to measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across BYC Ventures and its venture portfolio
• Design and manage demand generation campaigns that drive qualified inbound opportunities
• Maintain and strengthen BYC’s institutional brand positioning across all channels
• Produce and manage thought leadership content including white papers, case studies, articles, and presentations
• Support the Business Development team with marketing collateral, pitch materials, and campaign assets
• Manage BYC’s digital presence across the website, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
• Track marketing performance, analyze campaign effectiveness, and optimize initiatives based on data insights
Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B/B2G marketing
• Proven ability to execute marketing strategies that contribute to business growth and revenue pipeline
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce institutionally credible content
• Ability to manage marketing efforts across multiple brands or business entities
• Experience marketing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or infrastructure solutions is an advantage
• Familiarity with GovTech, regulated industries, or public sector environments is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing performance tracking and reporting
