Brand and Community Growth Manager
Role Overview
The Brand and Community Growth Manager builds and maintains a strong, trusted ecosystem around Prismo. This role balances community engagement with brand integrity while translating complex technical developments into structured content narratives and coordinated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and establish community culture, rituals, and engagement structures
• Acquire and onboard new community members aligned with the mission
• Manage communications during high-pressure situations including FUD
• Own and enforce brand guidelines across all channels
• Manage editorial calendar and transform technical updates into campaigns
• Act as primary contact for media and PR coordination
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or community leadership
• Experience balancing engaging and trusted brand positioning
• Strong copywriting skills for both social media and formal communications
• Experience handling crisis communications is a plus
• Ability to align communication strategy with a 6-month product roadmap
