Sales Development Associate
Role Overview
The Sales Development Associate is responsible for driving outbound sales and revenue growth for Lumen Suite, BYC Ventures’ truth infrastructure platform. This role owns the sales process from prospecting and qualification to pitching and deal closure across government, enterprise, and institutional markets. The position works closely with the Growth & Strategy team to maintain pipeline momentum, strengthen client relationships, and support commercial expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage outbound prospecting pipelines across government agencies, financial institutions, and enterprise clients
• Execute outreach initiatives through email, calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualification and presentations to negotiation and closing
• Deliver tailored presentations that communicate the value of Lumen Suite to institutional stakeholders
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation
• Provide market feedback on client needs, competitor activity, and sales opportunities
Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in B2G, B2B, SaaS, or enterprise technology sales
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a quota-carrying role
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
• Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management practices
• Ability to confidently engage government, enterprise, and institutional stakeholders
• Experience selling to government agencies or enterprise organizations is an advantage
• Background in technology, SaaS, or infrastructure solutions is a plus
