Project Manager
Role Overview
The Project Manager leads cross-functional teams and manages end-to-end delivery of blockchain-based products and integrations. This role requires strong stakeholder management, structured execution discipline, and technical understanding of decentralized systems within a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project management for blockchain product development
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with developers, smart contract engineers, designers, and external partners
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards
• Track KPIs and provide executive-level reporting
Qualifications
• 3 to 5+ years of project management experience in technology or blockchain
• Strong understanding of blockchain concepts including DeFi, NFTs, smart contracts, wallets, and DAOs
• Experience managing projects on networks such as Ethereum, Polygon, or similar ecosystems
• Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Trello, or Asana
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in remote, on-site, or hybrid environments
